
Peanut butter oat bites are a great post workout snack. They are loaded with healthy fats including omega 3s and complex carbs. And are also a good source of dietary fiber.
Recipe
Makes about 14 balls
Ingredients
- 1 cups quick oats
- 1 to 2 tablespoons of organic honey depends on your taste (optional)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp flaxseeds
- 1/2 cup of peanut butter and more if the balls are dry
- Add the oats, chia seeds, and flaxseeds into a bowl and mix
- Add in the peanut butter and honey
- Roll in to balls
You can store these in an air tight container in the fridge for upto 1 week
